Halloween is almost here!!! Time passes quickly. It is a great time of year-cooler temps-leaves to rake-apple cider-and pumpkin chunken.
On November 9,10,11 Bridgeville hosts the annual pumpkin chucken contest. They have many groups from air cannons to catapults to home made contraptions, all designed to hurl a pumpkin the farthest distance. It is well worth the trip!
