The Dog Days of Summer are comming to a close. The Beach traffic will shortly disappear, thank goodness. The Real Estate market failed to heat up with the Temp.
With the sub-prime mortgage shakeout, the housing market is still in the doledrums. Buyers, there are bargins here. Sellers, price it right and it will sell!
