It's almost 2009 now, Its time to buy now. By the end of the year 2009, most of the foreclosure properties should sold and the market will not be artificially depressed. The builders will wait until 2010 or later. Resale of existing homes will rebound much faster, I feel the market is bottomed out in this market. Don't wait for the Seller's market to return. There are great bargains out there NOW.
