1)At 938 Square Miles Sussex is the largest county east of the Mississippi River
2)Sussex County’s population is over 197,000.
3)More than 8 million visitors hit the beaches annually
4)The Delmarva Peninsula (Sussex County) is the third most difficult area to evacuate in an emergency, first is New York City and second is New Orleans. It is estimated that 4 days would be needed to evacuate the peninsula at the height of the season.

3 Cleared Half Acre Lots in Historic Bethel

If piece and quite are your goal, but still want to live in-town, now you can have it all. We have three building lots all over a half acre. These lots are on Pine Street which has no direct connection to the main streets, therefore, no traffic. I forgot that these lots are located in Bethel, small but close to the larger cities of Seaford, Laurel and Delmar.

It was fortuitious that our CIA observed Osama bin Laden, standing in line at McDonalds, waiting for his Happy Meal, otherwise, the Pakistani Secret Service would still be staking out Burger King!
